Refund & Replacement Policy

At Travel Sticker Suitcase, we stand behind the quality of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee on workmanship and materials. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality acrylic print that matches the exact specifications provided at checkout.

Order Accuracy

  • All orders are printed exactly as submitted. Once an order is placed, we cannot make edits to images, files, or product details.

  • We do not provide file review, color correction, or design adjustments. Customers are responsible for reviewing their selections, including size, style, before submitting an order.

No Returns or Refunds for Custom Orders

Because each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with image quality 

  • Incorrect size or product selected

Our acrylic suitcase prints are constructed to be displayed as designed. Any alterations made by the customer (such as adding hardware, drilling, or modifying the backing) will void the product’s warranty.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to assist with a replacement.

  • You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailingtravelstickersuitcase@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and packaging.

  • Replacements take approximately 4–6 business days to produce and will ship at the same service level chosen in your original order.

  • Reports made after 30 days of delivery cannot be processed for replacement.

Shipping Policy

  • All products are made to order and shipped promptly from our production facility.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or extreme weather conditions. Travel Sticker Suitcase is not responsible for delays outside our control.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Travel Sticker Suitcase is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please do not send physical returns. Instead, email us the required information (order number, photos, and description) so we can process your request quickly.
